Promotion of an employee or is there an application procedure in progress? As an employer, do you want to know whether an employee or candidate’s language level meets the language requirements required by the new job or vacancy? Then a language assessment is recommended.
Together with you as a client, we look at the job description and the minimum required language level. The assessment tests the language skills of speaking, writing, reading, and listening through a 45-minute interview and a written language test. Current grammatical and vocabulary knowledge is also assessed. A language assessment always takes place at the STE Languages location in Eindhoven. The assessment results in a report with an extensive error analysis, the level achieved within the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) and advice on what steps may still need to be taken to meet the employer's language requirements. The language assessment is then shared with the client.
